R.G. Barry Corporation develops consumer brands and markets consumer products in three areas of the retail accessories category. These products include: footwear, such as slippers and sandals; foot and shoe care products, such as cushioned insoles; and handbags, tote bags and travel items. Our products are primarily sold in North America by a broad cross-section of retailers of varying sizes and classifications. Approximately 74% of the Company’s fiscal 2013 consolidated net sales was generated through the sale of accessories-type footwear, which has been the Company’s principal product line since our founding in 1947. The remaining consolidated net sales can principally be attributable to the Company’s newer, non-footwear accessories businesses. R.G. Barry Corporation uses a flexible sourcing model for its operations.
