We began our operations in April 1987 as Innovo, Inc., or Innovo, a Texas corporation, to manufacture and domestically distribute cut and sewn canvas and nylon consumer products for the utility, craft, sports-licensed and advertising specialty markets. In 1990, Innovo merged into Elorac Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and was renamed Innovo Group Inc., which was then renamed Joe's Jeans Inc. in October 2007. In September 2015, we sold the Joe's Business pursuant to the Asset Sale (discussed below) and in connection with the completion of the Merger (discussed below), we changed our name from Joe's Jeans Inc. to Differential Brands Group Inc.
