We are focused on the research, development and commercialization of central nervous system therapies based on our proprietary human neuronal stem cells and our stem-cell derived small molecule compounds. We are headquartered in Germantown, Maryland and have a wholly-owned subsidiary in China, Suzhou Neuralstem Biopharmaceutical Co. Ltd., or Neuralstem China. Our technology base has produced three primary assets: Our NSI-189 small molecule program, our NSI-566 stem cell therapy program and our novel and proprietary new chemical entity screening platform.
