CTG is an IT solutions and staffing services company with operations in North America and Europe. CTG employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide. During 2012, the Company had six operating subsidiaries: Computer Task Group of Canada, Inc., providing services in Canada; and Computer Task Group Belgium N.V., CTG ITS S.A., Computer Task Group IT Solutions, S.A., Computer Task Group Luxembourg PSF, and Computer Task Group (U.K.) Ltd., each primarily providing services in Europe.
