Cooper Tire & Rubber Company with its subsidiaries (“Cooper” or the “Company”) is a leading manufacturer and marketer of replacement tires. It is the fourth largest tire manufacturer in North America and, according to a recognized trade source, the Cooper family of companies is the eleventh largest tire company in the world based on sales. Cooper focuses on the manufacture and sale of passenger and light and medium truck replacement tires. The Company is organized into two separate, reportable business segments: North American Tire Operations and International Tire Operations. Each segment is managed separately.
