Capital Southwest Corporation ("CSWC") is a publicly traded investment company. Our investment interests are focused on acquisitions and investments in a broad range of industry segments. We were organized as a Texas corporation on April 19, 1961. Until September 1969, we operated a small business investment company ("SBIC") licensed under the Small Business Investment Act of 1958.
