Capital Senior Living Corporation, a Delaware corporation (together with its subsidiaries, the “Company”), is one of the largest operators of senior living communities in the United States in terms of resident capacity. The Company and its predecessors have provided senior living services since 1990. As of December 31, 2013, the Company operated 112 senior living communities in 26 states with an aggregate capacity of approximately 14,600 residents, including 62 senior living communities which the Company either owned or in which the Company had an ownership interest and 50 senior living communities that the Company leased. As of December 31, 2013, the Company also operated one home care agency. During 2013, approximately 96% of total revenues for the senior living communities operated by the Company were derived from private pay sources.  ... More ...
