Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. is a Houston-based energy company which, together with its subsidiaries (collectively, “Carrizo,” the “Company” or “we”), is actively engaged in the exploration, development, and production of oil and gas primarily from resource plays located in the United States. Our current operations are principally focused in proven, producing oil and gas plays primarily in the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas, the Niobrara Formation in Colorado, the Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania, and the Utica Shale in Ohio. The Company achieved record total production in 2013 of 10.0 MMBoe, a 6% increase from 2012. At year-end 2013, our U.S. proved reserves of 101.5 MMBoe were 61% crude oil, 8% natural gas liquids and 31% natural gas, as compared to 34%, 5% and and 61% at year-end 2012, respectively. The 2013 sale of our remaining dry gas assets in the Barnett Shale was largely offset by additions to proved reserves as a result of our ongoing drilling program. ... More ...
