Description: The Claymore China Technology ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Funds fees and expenses, of an equity index called the AlphaShares China Technology Index. The Index is designed to measure and monitor the performance of the universe of publicly-traded companies which are based in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau, are in the Information Technology Sector, as defined by Standard & Poors Global Industry Classification Standard and are open to foreign investment. The Fund will at all times invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stock, American depositary receipts, American depositary shares, global depositary receipts and international depositary receipts that comprise the Index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities that comprise the Index. Claymore Advisors, LLC seeks a correlation over time of 0.95 or better between the Funds performance and the performance of the Index. The Index was created by AlphaShares, LLC and is maintained by Standard & Poors. The Index will include equity securities of companies of all categories of market capitalizations, as defined by AlphaShares.
