We are a diversified utility company engaged, through our operating divisions and subsidiaries, in various energy and other businesses. The core of our business is regulated energy, which provides stable earnings from utility operations on the Delmarva Peninsula and in Florida. Our unregulated energy and other businesses provide opportunities to achieve returns greater than those of a traditional utility.
