The company’s principal executive offices are in Camden, New Jersey 08103-1799. Background On August 6, 2012, the company completed the acquisition of BF Bolthouse Holdco LLC (Bolthouse Farms). Based in Bakersfield, California, Bolthouse Farms is a vertically integrated food and beverage company focused on developing, manufacturing and marketing fresh carrots and proprietary, high value-added products.
