(referred to in this report as "we," "our,", "the Company", and "Columbia") is a registered bank holding company whose wholly owned banking subsidiary is Columbia State Bank ("Columbia Bank" or "the Bank"). Headquartered in Tacoma, Washington, we provide a full range of banking services to small and medium-sized businesses, professionals and individuals throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho. As part of the acquisition of West Coast Bancorp ("West Coast") in 2013, the Company also acquired West Coast Trust Company, Inc. ("West Coast Trust"), an Oregon trust company that provides agency, fiduciary and other related trust services with offices in Portland and Salem, Oregon. Effective January 1, 2016, Columbia Bank's trust department was consolidated into West Coast Trust, and West Coast Trust was renamed Columbia Trust Company.  ... More ...
