We created a holding company structure by incorporating Techfaith Wireless Technology Group Limited in July 2003. We incorporated China Techfaith Wireless Communication Technology Limited on June 25, 2004 under the Companies Law of the Cayman Islands. As part of a restructuring in anticipation of our initial public offering, China Techfaith Wireless Communication Technology Limited became our ultimate holding company in November 2004.
