As used herein, the “Company” and terms such as “we,” “us” or “our” refers to CLARCOR and its subsidiaries unless the context otherwise requires. The Company’s fiscal year ends on the Saturday closest to November 30. For fiscal year 2013, the year ended on November 30, 2013 and included 52 weeks. For fiscal year 2012, the year ended on December 1, 2012 and included 52 weeks. For fiscal year 2011, the year ended on December 3, 2011 and included 53 weeks. In this 2013 Annual Report on Form 10-K (“2013 Form 10-K”), all references to fiscal years are shown to begin on December 1 and end on November 30 for clarity of presentation.
