We are the second-largest producer of natural gas, a top 15 producer of oil and natural gas liquids (collectively “liquids”) and the most active driller of new wells in the U.S. We own interests in approximately 45,700 producing natural gas and oil wells that are currently producing approximately 3.5 billion cubic feet of natural gas equivalent (bcfe) per day, net to our interest. Our business strategy is focused on discovering and developing large accumulations of natural gas resources in the Haynesville and Bossier Shales in northwestern Louisiana and East Texas; the Marcellus Shale in the northern Appalachian Basin of West Virginia and Pennsylvania; the Barnett Shale in the Fort Worth Basin of north-central Texas; and the Pearsall Shale in South Texas.  ...
