Chemical Financial Corporation (Corporation), headquartered in Midland, Michigan, is a financial holding company registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 and incorporated in the State of Michigan. At December 31, 2012, the Corporation's consolidated total assets, loans, deposits and shareholders' equity were $5.92 billion, $4.17 billion, $4.92 billion and $596 million, respectively, and the Corporation employed approximately 1,800 full-time equivalent employees.
