We are one of North America's twenty largest truckload carriers as measured by revenue. We generated $759.3 million in operating revenue during our fiscal year ended June 30, 2014. We have grown significantly since our incorporation in 1986 through internal growth and a series of acquisitions since 1995. As a dry van truckload carrier, we generally transport full trailer loads of freight from origin to destination without intermediate stops or handling. Our customer base includes Fortune 500 shippers such as Proctor & Gamble, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Altria, 3M, PetSmart, John Deere, Home Depot, ConAgra Foods, Caterpillar, Dollar General, General Electric, Family Dollar, PepsiCo, Alcoa, and Kellogg.
