We are engaged in the research, development, production and sale of various types of fertilizers and agricultural products in the PRC though our wholly-owned Chinese subsidiaries, Jinong, Jintai, Yuxing, Gufeng and Tianjuyuan. Our primary business is fertilizer products, specifically humic acid-based compound fertilizer produced through Jinong and compound fertilizer, blended fertilizer, organic compound fertilizer and mixed organic-inorganic compound fertilizer produced through Gufeng. In addition, through Jintai, we develop and produce agricultural products, such as top-grade fruits, vegetables, flowers and colored seedlings. Jinong’s fertilizer business was our main business as it produced approximately $45,816,377 and $28,889,131, or 88.0% and 82.1% of our total revenues for the years ended June 30, 2010 and 2009, respectively.  ...
