Our authorized U.S. representative, Puglisi & Associates, is located at 850 Library Avenue, Suite 204 Newark, Delaware 19711 and our agent for service of process in the United States, CT Corporation System, is located at 111 Eighth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. We hold one of the five general licenses to provide cellular telephone services in Israel. To date, twelve MVNO licenses have been awarded, of which three MVNOs commenced operation in December 2011, April and May 2012 and one returned its license to the Ministry of Communications.
