We are organized into two operating segments, an Industrial Materials segment and a Construction Materials segment. The basis for our segmentation is distinguished by the nature of the products we manufacture and how they are delivered to their respective markets. The Industrial Materials segment represents our specified products which are used in or integrated into another company's product with demand dependent upon general economic conditions.
