We are a biopharmaceutical company focused on acquiring, in-licensing, developing and commercializing proprietary products principally for use in the hospital setting. We currently have rights to one product, OFIRMEV® (acetaminophen) injection, a proprietary intravenous, or IV, formulation of acetaminophen. We in-licensed the exclusive United States, or U.S., and Canadian rights to OFIRMEV from Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, or BMS, which sells intravenous acetaminophen in Europe and other markets for the treatment of acute pain and fever under the brand name Perfalgan®. In November 2010, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, granted marketing approval for OFIRMEV, which is indicated for the management of mild to moderate pain, the management of moderate to severe pain with adjunctive opioid analgesics and the reduction of fever in adults and children two years of age and older.
