Through its principal bank subsidiary, BancorpSouth Bank (the “Bank”), the Company conducts commercial banking and financial services operations in Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Missouri and Illinois. At December 31, 2012, the Company and its subsidiaries had total assets of $13.4 billion and total deposits of $11.1 billion.
