We are actively engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing, and marketing medical products and devices with a strong emphasis in electrosurgical generators and electrosurgical disposables. We sell a broad range of products designed for doctor’s offices, surgery centers and hospitals. Significant Subsidiaries Aaron Medical Industries, Inc. is a wholly-owned Florida corporation based in Clearwater, Florida. It is principally engaged in the business of marketing our medical products. Bovie Canada ulc (a wholly-owned subsidiary) is an Alberta, Canada Corporation which, prior to June 2010, operated a facility in Windsor, Ontario.
