We are the largest bank in Chile in terms of total assets and equity. As of December 31, 2013, we had total assets of Ch$27,122,227 million (U.S.$51,740 million), outstanding loans and interbank loans, net of allowances for loan losses of Ch$20,445,828 (U.S.$39,004 million), total deposits of Ch$15,296,035 million (U.S.$29,180 million) and equity of Ch$2,372,456 million (U.S.$4,526 million). As of December 31, 2013, we employed 11,516 people and had the largest private branch network in Chile, with 493 branches. Our headquarters are located in Santiago and we operate in every major region of Chile. We provide a broad range of commercial and retail banking services to our customers, including Chilean peso and foreign currency denominated loans to finance a variety of commercial transactions, trade, foreign currency forward contracts and credit lines and a variety of retail banking services, including mortgage financing.  ...
