Brixmor Property Group Inc. is an internally-managed real estate investment trust ("REIT") that owns and operates the largest wholly owned portfolio of grocery-anchored community and neighborhood shopping centers in the United States. Our portfolio as of December 31, 2013 was comprised of 558 shopping centers (“Total Portfolio”), including 522 shopping centers in our IPO Portfolio (see below) and 36 Non-Core Properties (see below). In our IPO Portfolio, 521 of the shopping centers are 100% owned (“Consolidated Portfolio”). Our IPO Portfolio has approximately 87 million sq.ft. of gross leasable area ("GLA"). This high quality national portfolio is well diversified by geography, tenancy and retail format, with 70% of our shopping centers anchored by market-leading grocers. Our four largest tenants by annualized base rent (“ABR”) are The Kroger Co., TJX Companies, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Publix Supermarkets, Inc.  ... More ...
