Bill Barrett Corporation together with our wholly-owned subsidiaries (“the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) develops oil and natural gas in the Rocky Mountain region of the United States. We seek to build stockholder value through profitable growth in cash flow, reserves and production through the development of our oil and natural gas assets. Due to the decline in natural gas and NGL prices, we have shifted our focus to developing our oil resources, where we have established a long-term drilling inventory at our core oil programs. Substantially all of our revenues are generated through the sale of oil and natural gas production and NGLs recovery at market prices and from the settlement of commodity hedges. We were formed in January 2002 and are incorporated in the State of Delaware.
