We are a leading global solution provider of a broad range of innovative packaging delivery solutions primarily for the beauty, personal care, home care, pharmaceutical, food and beverage markets. Our creative packaging solutions enhance the convenience, safety and security of consumers around the globe and allow our customers to differentiate their products in the market. Our business was started in the late 1940's, manufacturing and selling aerosol valves in the United States, and has grown primarily through the acquisition of relatively small companies and internal expansion. We were incorporated in Delaware in 1992. In this report, we may refer to AptarGroup, Inc. and its subsidiaries as "AptarGroup" or the "Company". We have manufacturing facilities located throughout the world including North America, Europe, Asia and South America.
