Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. is a Marshall Islands holding company incorporated on June 6, 2005 under the BCA. On September 29, 2005, Leveret, our then sole shareholder, contributed direct and indirect ownership of companies that conduct our business operations. Prior to our initial public offering, we had 28,035,000 shares of common stock outstanding. On December 13, 2006, we consummated our initial public offering of an additional 14,375,000 shares of our common stock, which we refer to as the initial public offering. On January 27, 2010, we completed a public offering of an additional 4,491,900 shares of our common stock. On May 19, 2010, we acquired from Leveret in a private transaction 1,000,000 shares of our common stock. On July 20, 2011, the Company's Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program for up to 2,000,000 shares of our common stock, of which the Company repurchased 967,639 shares as of December 31, 2011.  ...
