Our legal and commercial name is Alvarion Ltd. We were incorporated in September 1992 under the laws of the State of Israel. Since our inception, we have devoted substantially all of our resources to the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of wireless products. 21 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On August 1, 2001, Floware Wireless Systems Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel (“Floware”) merged with and into us.
