We are a Delaware company that develops, manufactures and sells nano lithium titanate batteries and energy storage systems. Our nano lithium titanate battery systems offer higher power density, longer cycle life, rapid charge and discharge capabilities, a wider operating temperature range and higher levels of safety than conventional lithium-ion batteries. We target applications that effectively utilize the key attributes of our technology, and these applications can be found primarily in the electric grid, transportation (commercial vehicles), and industrial market segments. In our largest target market, the electric grid, we design, manufacture and sell grid-scale battery systems, which can provide ancillary services including frequency regulation. We were one of the earliest entrants into this market; we commissioned the first grid-connected lithium battery that delivered commercial frequency regulation services for the grid in 2008.  ...
