As used in this Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, the terms "ACCO Brands," "ACCO", the "Company," "we" "us," and "our" refer to ACCO Brands Corporation, a Delaware corporation incorporated in 2005, and its consolidated domestic and international subsidiaries. Overview ACCO Brands is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of office, school and calendar products and select computer and electronic accessories. Approximately 80% of our net sales come from brands that occupy the number one or number two positions in the select markets in which we compete. We sell our products to consumers and commercial end-users primarily through resellers, including traditional office resellers, wholesalers, retailers and e-tailers.
