The NASDAQ Stock Market welcomes the winners of the MOOT CORP(R) Competition, the world's original and most lucrative new venture
competition for MBAs. This year, teams from 30 universities in 10 countries competed in the global business plan competition that
simulates the process of entrepreneurs soliciting start-up funds. Panels consisting of VCs, Entrepreneurs, Attorneys, CEOs and
Accountants judged the teams.
About MOOT CORP(R) Competition
The MOOT CORP(R) Competition has variously been described as "the Super Bowl of world business plan competition," "the mother of all
business plan competitions" and "the granddaddy of them all." Now in its 21st year, it is the original business plan competition and was
developed by UT MBAs in 1984. In the last five years, business plan competitions in business schools have become almost as popular as
moot court competitions in law schools.
