
Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square to host "Society Download," a webcast panel discussion on key developments in corporate governance for 2009.
In honor of the occasion, David W. Smith, President of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, will preside over the Closing Bell.
