Steve Hatchell, president and CEO of The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame will preside over the NASDAQ opening bell, joined by one member of the 2009 College Football  Hall of Fame Class who will be announced as a new inductee during  the open and whose appearance will serve as a preview to a live  ESPNEWS telecast from the NASDAQ MarketSite later in the day  (Noon EDT) that will release all of the names of the legends who  will be earning induction into college football's most hallowed shrine this year.
