
Sohu Chairman and CEO Charles Zhang and Changyou CEO Tao Wang will preside over the opening bell, accompanied by additional Sohu and Changyou management and staff to celebrate the company's IPO on NASDAQ. This marks the first U.S. IPO of 2009. Changyou will trade under the ticker symbol (CYOU).
