
World Cultural Economic Forum (WCEF) representatives are joined by world leaders in ringing the Closing Bell. The NASDAQ Closing Bell is taking place on the third anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and is launching WCEF.

A World Bazaar and Marketplace will showcase artisans and vendors from more than 60 countries on Oct. 31st and Nov. 1st in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans.
