About this Marketsite Event:
James P. Bouchard, Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Craig Bouchard, Co-Founder, Vice-Chairman and President of Esmark Incorporated (ESMK), Ring the NASDAQ Opening Bell

MEsmark Incorporated has been one of the fastest growing steel companies in the world since its inception in 2003. Its revenues have grown from $4 million to over $2 billion in that time. Its management team has successfully accomplished 11 acquisitions, the most recent of which is Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company. The merger of Esmark and Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, completed on November 27 of 2007 was the first "Hostile Reverse Tender Merger" in Wall Street history.

Esmark integrates steel production and distribution. Its strategy has sparked a rethinking of the direction of the industry. Esmark combines production capabilities through blast furnace and electric arc furnace technology with the just-in-time delivery of value-added steel products to a broad customer base concentrated in the Ohio Valley and Midwest regions. Esmark has partnered with the United Steel Workers to redefine the steel business model in North America.
