The Women's Syndicate Association (WSA) was founded in 1950 by several Wall Street professionals. For several decades, it has attracted women nationwide within the financial sector to carry on the traditions and aspirations of this elite organization. The WSA currently yields over 160 active members who collectively educate and share knowledge; pioneer new business opportunities within the industry; and sponsor a wide variety of venues that promote relationship building within the greater financial community. The WSA also hosts several philanthropic events throughout the year for a variety of charitable organizations. This past year, the WSA raised over $40,000 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation in the fight against breast cancer. The WSA has made great strides with building a successful network for women to increase their profile in the financial community, while balancing personal/family lifestyles.
