SOA is non profit organization serving the Underwriting Community since 1976. SOA's membership includes 40 member firms with more than 167 members. The firms participating in the Association cover a wide range of services within the Financial Industry including banks, brokerages, depositories and service providers.
The SOA has been critical to the development and launch of The PORTAL Market - NASDAQ's new trading system for 144A securities.
