OceanFreight Inc., based in Athens, Greece, was formed in 2006 to acquire an initial fleet of one Capesize and six Panamax bulk carriers. Upon delivery, all seven vessels will be employed on long term time charters to a diverse group of quality charterers. OceanFreight successful completed its initial public offering on April 25 and has commenced operations with the delivery of its first three Panamax bulkers in early June. The balance of the initial fleet is expected to be delivered by August of this year. OceanFreight's common shares trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "OCNF".
