Frederic de Narp, North American CEO of Cartier and actress Julianne Moore, preside over the opening bell to kick off Cartier's "Declare Your Love Day".
Since the Cartier LOVE bracelet was introduced more than 30 years ago, it has become one of the most coveted jewelry designs in the world and the ultimate symbol of love. Last year, Cartier donated more than $1.2 million to eight global charities from the sales of its LOVE CHARITY bracelet, and due to the enormous success, this year Cartier will celebrate LOVE DAY with a new LOVE CHARITY bracelet.
The company aims to exceed last year's donations as a number of new celebrities join the endeavor.
Cartier, one of the world's leading luxury goods companies, designs, manufactures and distributes all of Cartier's products. The company markets a broad range of luxury products including jewelry, watches, eyewear, fragrance, writing instruments, lighters, leather goods and scarves. In North America, there are 36 stores. Founded in 1847, the House of Cartier has long been identified with quality, prestige and history and has served as crown jeweler to 19 royal houses.
