Capital Product Partners LP, a Marshall Islands master limited partnership, is an international owner of medium-range product tankers.

Capital Product Partners currently owns 8 MR Ice Class 1A product tankers and has an agreement to purchase 7 additional product tankers from Capital Maritime & Trading Corp. It currently chCPLPrs its vessels under medium- to long-term chCPLPrs to BP, Morgan Stanley and OSG. Capital Maritime owns a 44.0% interest in Capital Product Partners L.P., including a 2.0% interest through Capital Product Partners L.P.'s general partner, which is owned by Capital Maritime & Trading Corp.
