Bruce G. Kelley, President and Chief Executive Officer of EMC Insurance Group Inc., presides over the opening bell to celebrate the Company's 25th anniversary as a publicly traded company on NASDAQ.

National CineMedia, LLC (NCM) develops pre-feature entertainment; cinema and lobby advertising products; comprehensive meeting and event services; and distributes other entertainment programming content on nearly 13,000 movie screens nationwide operated by its founding member theatre circuits, AMC Entertainment Inc., Cinemark USA, Inc. and Regal Entertainment Group, as well as other theatre affiliates. The company distributes its products and services across its Digital Content Network (DCN), the largest in-theatre digital distribution network in North America, comprised of over 11,000 digital theatre screens.

NCM's network is available in 149 Designated Market Areas(r) (49 of the top 50), reaching approximately 500 million movie patrons annually. Upon completion of this offering, National CineMedia, Inc. (Nasdaq:EMCI) will become a managing member of NCM.
