Texas Secretary of State, Roger Williams will preside over the closing bell.

The Secretary of State is one of six state officials named by the Texas Constitution to form the Executive Department of the State. The Secretary is appointed by the Governor, with confirmation by the Senate, and serves at the pleasure of the Governor.
As Texas' 105th Secretary of State, Roger Williams has a diverse mandate that includes serving as the state's chief elections officer, overseeing business and commercial filings, and assisting the Governor on border and Mexican affairs.
Secretary Williams is also aggressively working with Governor Perry to promote economic development, investment and job creation in Texas. Governor Perry has made economic development a priority for his administration and Secretary Williams is joining the effort to bring new business to Texas and keep businesses in Texas. As a small businessman, Secretary Williams understands that new businesses in Texas mean new opportunities for Texans.
Secretary Williams is representing Governor Perry and the state of Texas on a business recruitment mission with business leaders from his state.
