First Cash is a leading provider of specialty consumer financial services through convenient retail locations which offer short-term consumer credit products, including pawn loans and payday advances. In addition, the Company provides credit services, check-cashing and other financial products in many locations and it retails jewelry, electronics, tools and other consumer products in its pawn stores. The Company currently owns and operates over 350 stores in twelve U.S. states and seven states in Mexico. First Cash is also an equal partner in Cash & Go, Ltd., a joint venture, which owns and operates 40 kiosks located inside convenience stores which offer credit services and check-cashing.
