Michael M. Magee, President & CEO of Independent Bank Corporation, presides over the opening bell. Magee is joined in ringing the opening bell by recently retired President, CEO and current Chairman of the Board Charles Van Loan and Loren Adgate who served as IBC's first president and CEO from 1974 until 1992 when Van Loan took over.
