MOOT CORP Director and Winning Venture From Thailand

Dr. Gary Cadenhead, Director of the MOOT CORP Competition at The University of Texas at Austin presides over the opening bell along with the entrepreneurs from this year's winning venture, Idyll Life, from Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Cadenhead will also be accompanied by Rob Adams, who will become the MOOT CORP Director on September 1, 2005.The NASDAQ Educational Foundation is a sponsor of the MOOT CORP Competition at The University of Texas at Austin. The Global MOOT CORP Competition is an MBA New Venture competition that brings graduate students from all populated continents to Austin to compete for over $200,000 in prizes including a $100,000 investment. This year more than 40 teams representing 30 universities in 10 countries competed. The plans are judged by panels consisting of VCs, Entrepreneurs, CEOs, Attorneys, and Accountants.
