Evan Jones, Chairman & CEO of Digene Corporation (NASDAQ: DIGE), and WNBA star, Lisa Leslie of the Los Angeles Sparks, preside over the opening bell to promote the company's cervical cancer outreach campaign. The company is partnering with the WNBA to educate women nationwide about the role of HPV testing in preventing cervical cancer, a disease that strikes 10,370 women in the U.S. each year. The campaign kicked off on April 20.
