About YNB [YANB]:

YNB was founded in 1925, and had $2.76 billion in assets at the end of the third quarter of 2004. It became a public company in 1995 and began trading on NASDAQ in that same year. The company's market capitalization at September 30, 2004 was $305 million, with 10.5 million shares outstanding.

At year-end 2004, YNB had twenty-three branches serving individuals and businesses in Mercer, Hunterdon, Somerset, Burlington and Middlesex Counties in New Jersey, and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
