HONESDALE, Pa., Sept. 13, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwood Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:NWFL) and its subsidiary Wayne Bank announced that the Board of Directors declared a $.29 per share cash dividend payable November 1, 2013 to shareholders of record as of October 15, 2013. The $.29 per share represents a 7.4% increase over the cash dividend declared in the third quarter of last year, after giving retroactive effect to the 10% stock dividend declared in the first quarter of 2013.
